Dr. Ekatherina Osman, DO
Board Certified Child and Adult Psychiatrist
About
I am a dual board-certified Child and Adult Psychiatrist who provides an integrative, whole-person approach to mental health and healing. I earned my medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and began my career in Family Medicine before transitioning into Psychiatry. I completed my Adult Psychiatry residency at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, followed by a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults, supporting individuals across different stages of life. My services include thorough psychiatric evaluations, supportive psychotherapy, and medication management when appropriate, alongside evidence-informed integrative approaches to care. My aim is to foster meaningful, lasting change while helping patients feel grounded, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
My work centers on helping individuals develop a deeper understanding of their emotional and behavioral health while addressing concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related challenges, and stress-related conditions. Care is thoughtful and individualized, taking a holistic view that considers emotional well-being, physical health, developmental and family history, as well as the impact of everyday life stressors.
Seeking psychiatric care can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re looking for compassionate, whole-person care in a calm and respectful environment, I welcome the opportunity to connect and explore how I might support you.
